As we delightfully welcome you to DodoSeek, we outline here the terms of use of our company. This explains our obligations to you and yours to us. By using DodoSeek and registering as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership
We welcome international members but you have to be over 16 to qualify for a DodoSeek account and make deposit or receive cash rewards.
DodoSeek allows multiple accounts per person because we believe that multiple accounts could help you to manager or monitor your traffic better.
We reserve the right to refuse membership or take further steps to verify the authenticity of your account information.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity on your account.
You can cancel your membership anytime without any charges imposed by us. If you cancel your account, we will check your account and pay you your account balance if your earning is valid even if you haven't reached the minimun payment.
Advertising
Advertisers are required to deposit enough funds to DodoSeek in order to initial a advertising campaign.
We reserve the right to refuse your campaign if:
- Your website contains discrimination, hate, rape or child pornography
- Your website contains contents that violate applicable law or regulations
- Your website infringe or violate copyright, patent, trademark or any other kinds of intellectual property rights
Responsibility of DodoSeek
DodoSeek will provide to publishers a search portal or search box that will enable a user of publishers' sites to do searches via DodoSeek.
And we will provide a content related link(XML) to our search distribution partners so as to get our search results and integrate them with other sites.
Responsibility of Members
No incentive searches or clicks are allowed. Incentive searches or clicks will bring account suspense.
Publishers have to ensure that visitors must search through search box or search links.
We allow pre-filled search boxes and allow search distribution partners to target some certain keywords.
But we don't allow ordinary publishers to send traffic directly to search links.
Commission
DodoSeek accept international traffic and pays a commission of 90% of our revenue of every click to our publishers and partners.
We don't pay for invalid or fraud clicks. Invalid clicks includes:
- Proxy clicks
- Duplicate clicks
- Expired clicks(Click done 1 hour after the corresponding search)
- More than 3 clicks per day for the same IP
- Click not coming from a search
- Visitors are not interested at what they click
Publishers or partners don't have to worry about invalid clicks and we won't do account termination according to invalid clicks.
Because we believe that publishers or partners could do little to control traffic on their sites.
Fraud clicks means counterfeiting searches and clicks to increase balance.
Fraud clicks are detected by our proprietary technology DodoShield.
We will do account suspense or termination according to the quantity of frand clicks.
Payment Schedule
Our minimum payment is $5. We pay our ordinary publishers daily and pay our partners weekly if they received the minimum payment. No cash out requests have to be made.
Accounts under $5 will be carried forward to the next day or week.
Modification of Agreement
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on our website.
